As Eagle Mountain City grows and diversifies, preparing a community-based strategy to develop the remaining open land within the community is essential. To do this, a small area planning process is utilized. This type of planning will help identify potential uses for the land and set proper expectations with the residents. This process will utilize different types of buildings and densities (architectural typologies) to define potential impacts on the community.
To date, the city has worked with property owners and residents to create a vision of the necessary elements or services that are desired/required for each area. Before moving forward into the next phase of refined design, the below survey is being posed to the public online to ensure equitable access to feedback. The information below on this page is the same as was presented at the public engagement event held on 6/7/2023 in the City Council Chambers.

Location maps and building typology sheets are provided below, and at the bottom of the page are links to each area-specific page for feedback.
