Communities often struggle with landmark buildings that are vacant or blighted. Even more communities struggle to identify what the best use is for these underutilized facilities. The Building Transformation Strategies will help outline a highly productive, sustainable and economically viable set of uses for underutilized buildings. Downtown Redevelopment Services helps train local champions (municipal officials, Main Street programs, or concerned citizens) and assists in the preparation of the initial report to help raise awareness and knowledge about the process. We are prepared and on standby to help guide you through the entire process and develop an individualized plan to reach the property's highest potential use and maximum return on investment.

Improving knowledge through shared experiences and tactile trainings

DTRedevelopment is versed in Main Street and economic development seminar hosting. We currently facilitate in-person (conference, keynote, and community specific) and on-demand trainings for Main Street programs, economic development strategies, action-oriented planning, Main Street 101 trainings, and property activation specialist.
