Similar to the downtown-specific programming, regional programming is offered to a cluster of downtowns who are looking to increase their symbiotic relationships, feeding off one another assets for a collective improvement. 


This service is meant for three or more communities and includes up to two-days in each community, offering an all inclusive pricing that starts at $24,000. The results will yield a detailed analysis and plan, including a framework with goals and strategies for all participating communities.

Steps of Downtown Programming

SURVEYING CURRENT ASSETS

Programming starts with  a detailed analysis of the physical and human assets that are currently available in the community, defining how they can be used and maximized. 

INVENTORYING SPACES

Documenting the available spaces, both built form and civic spaces, rotating site or access limitations

DEFINING OPPORTUNITIES

Just as assets are important, unique opportunities or draw will help provide a well-rounded downtown. Defining their purpose and impact in this step will guide implementation in later phases

DISTRIBUTING AMENITIES

Helping to define the timing, location, and purpose of spaces to create a conceal-and-reveal tactic for downtown circulation improvement

PIECING TOGETHER THE ELEMENTS

After the analysis is completed, and necessary amenities are defined for symbiosis creation, it is time to program the elements to specific locations and define the end-users at a parcel/building level
